Our artisan Bucatini are characterized by a long shape, similar to that of thick spaghetti, characterized by the fact that they are perforated. In this way, despite being larger in size, they do not require a very long cooking time, ideal in combination with dishes originating from the Roman tradition, such as carbonara.

Our Bucatini formats Pugliarella I am Bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures with semolina derived from wheat grown directly on our farm to guarantee you the maximum Pleasure and of the Well being feed.
