Our artisan Orecchiette are characterized by a thumb shape and look like a small white dome, with a thinner center than the edge and a rough surface. Ideal to pair with a typical dish of Apulian cuisine such as turnip tops!
Curiosity
Orecchiette are a type of pasta typical of the province of Bari and date back to the historical period between the 12th and 13th centuries. In the Bari dialect they are called “recchietelle” for their ear shape.
Our Orecchiette formats Pugliarella I am Bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures with semolina derived from a selection of fine grains grown at our organic farm to guarantee you the maximum Pleasure and of the Well being feed.
